Many people like to create a vision board to help motivate them to reach their goals. I personally like having a command center which serves as a vision board as well as and central place to guide you to where you want to be.
A fitness command center isn’t just a bunch of pictures of people that you motivate you to lose weight it is your fitness hub. Your command center is meant to keep you on track and let you know where you are at and where you are headed.
I created my Fitness Command Center to help me see my progress its right next to my treadmill which is directly across from my bed. So every morning when I get up I can see what needs to be done and can stay motivated to reach my weight loss/fitness goals.
In my SMART weight loss group on facebook many of the members have used these printables to create a command center and they have all said that they feel more motivated seeing their progress and seeing what they have to do each day.
If you are really looking to take your fitness and weight loss journey to the next level you can pair the fitness command center with the printable SMART Weight Loss Planner + Fit Guide .
So lets break it down….
The download includes headers for Before, Current, Goal, Measurements, Daily Affirmation, Meal Plan, Weekly Workout and Rewards.
You will get a sheet of numbers that go from 0-9 with 3 of each number. You can use these numbers under the Current and Goal heading. After every weight in you can change up your current numbers and see just how much more you need to lose to reach your goal.
I have included 8 Daily Affirmations cards that you can place under your Daily Affirmations header to keep you motivated to reach your goals.
I believe in keeping things fun and colorful.
Use the rewards card to list short term goals and the how you will reward yourself when you reach them.
It can be much more motivating if you focus on reaching smaller goals as you work toward reaching your ultimate weight loss and fitness goals.
Workout Schedule and Challenges
Now you can keep track of all of your workouts in one place. This sheet also comes with a space for you to include any challenges that you may be participating in as well.
You will receive 6 Challenge Cards. 3 of the 6 have challenges on them and the other 3 are blank so that you can create your own challenges.
I like to use thumbtacks or repositionable glue to add and remove the different challenges.
I believe that you should take your measurements as well as progress photos 1 every 15 days. This way you can see your progress and your transition. Use the measurements sheet to track all of your measurements.
It is important to plan out your meals. The Meal Plan included will allow you to plan out your meals for the week.
As you get better at meal plans you will soon be able to plan out a menu for the entire month.
I hope that you enjoy this printable and be sure to check out my printable shop for more of my fitness and organizational printables.
