We wrapped up the October SMART Weight Loss Challenge on Sunday and I gave everyone a week off to gear up for the November challenge. I think that the October challenge went great and it had some really positive feedback. So many of the ladies had great results and many people walked away with new healthy habits, weight loss and new friends.
I am convinced that the November Challenge will be even better than the October challenge (it was my very first challenge). I have made some adjustments to make this months challenge a little easier to understand and follow.
Lets jump in…
First you will want grab your challenge packet (below). I have made the challenge packet easier to follow if you want to do the challenge on your own, however, I think to get the full impact of the challenge you should definitely join us in the SMART Weight Loss group on Facebook.
Second to officially join the challenge and be entered to win prizes each week you have to be apart of the Facebook group. So join!!!
Based on the end of challenge survey I sent out to everyone for prize suggestions I have come up with a great list of weekly prizes.
3. FitBit Flex
How to Enter:
Entering is simple. Each day I will post in the facebook group a question about our focus for the day and all you have to do is answer the question. For example: If there is a workout for the day I might ask how many rounds of the exercises you did. You answer the question and that counts as one entry for the prize for the week. All questions start with #SMART

What are the SMART Weight Loss challenges all about?
The SMART Weight Loss challenges are all about keeping you motivated and encouraged to make healthy choices a habit in your own lives.
I designed all of the challenges to be only 21-23 days because they say that habits are formed in 21 days. I also believe that it is much easier to wrap you head around 23 days versus 30 days.
So the actual challenge will start Nov 1st and run til Nov 23st! That means that you will have Thanksgiving off!
I try to keep the workouts relatively simple. You will have the same workouts each week but the goal is to increase the # of rounds you complete. So push yourself a little harder each time.
There are many people that may not be able to do some of the exercises in the works so you can swap out exercises that you can’t do or do the exercises to the best of your ability. You know your body so please don’t attempt anything that may cause you injury.
Do I have to post pictures?
No. I know that many people had emailed me and asked if they had to post before pictures in order to join the challenge. You are not required to post any pictures of any kind. You however are more than welcome to if you feel comfortable but it is in no way a requirement.
I do however ask that you take a picture to keep for yourself. I think it is very important to use your before picture to motivate you throughout he challenge. Also be sure to take you measurements you will want to write those all down in your challenge packet and are more than welcome to share you starting point in the group.
