It’s that time again! Time to get ready for another SMART Weight Loss Challenge.
If you haven’t done a challenge then you should definitely make sure that you do this months challenge. This will be out last challenge until September. I will be taking the summer to take care of myself, hang out with my son and do some behind the scenes stuff here on the blog.
The challenge officially starts on the May 1st you will want to make sure that you are in the group by the 1st. After the first I close the group so that people aren’t coming in during the middle of the challenge. The group reopens when the challenge ends.
The SMART Weight Loss Challenge is all about accountability and support. I host the challenge in the SMART Weight Loss Support group where we check in daily to keep each other accountable.
